A generously sized Sumi iron teapot from Iwachu, Japan. Hundreds of small hobnails cover the coal black surface and also ring the outer edge of the lid. A classic and striking design.


This Japanese cast iron teapot includes a fitted fine mesh tea strainer basket and a porcelain enamel lined interior. Care instructions will be included with every Tetsubin style iron teapot.
