Pure Bud Bi Luo Chun Green Tea -

Grown in Mojiang and harvested in very early spring, the delicate silvery green tea buds are hand rolled into these beautiful little pearls. The prized buds bloom in your cup releasing complex flavors of golden hay, butter, hints of sweetness and a bit of floral, some astringency, umami and vegetal. It's a very pleasant infusion that is mellow and relaxing leading to a delightful energization that puts a smile on your face. This tea has a lovely mouth feel and is great for many, many short infusions or 2-4 longer infusions.
