A delicious nod to spring, this lightly oxidized oolong from the Song Bo region of Taiwan is all about the floral fragrance and pure, juicy flavor. You'll notice lilac, orchid and pineapple with a hint of honey. This tea is quite young, only about 2-3 decades old, and it produces succulent tea leaves year-round. More tasting notes: light body, cream, honeysuckle, mineral finish, butter and gardenia. This tea is perfect for at least 4-5 infusions. Biodynamically grown and Kosher.
