What a special treat, a beautiful high mountain black tea from the famous Golden Lily, A Li Shan (milk oolong) trees grown at 3,000 feet in Taiwan. Oxidized to 85%, this unique tea is everything. Light, yet packed with flavor. It's a bit like a dark oolong; full of roasted grain notes, floral aroma, sweet and bitter cocoa, honey, crusty bread, stone fruit...I could keep describing this tea forever. It has a low astringency and infuses into a medium amber cup. I can say wholeheartedly, I am hooked. Try multiple infusions.
