Each tender, downy bud is gently wilted and lightly heated before a natural air-drying. The flavor and aroma are positively spectacular! The tasting notes are extensive, but you'll find everything from honeysuckle to sunshine, butter and cinnamon to vanilla and pastry, hints of fruit and floral plus apple, hay, apricot and white wine.
