A personal hero of mine, Mr. Jason Chen, spent many years inventing and perfecting this elegant and effective method of infusing loose leaf teas. Preheat by rinsing infuser and pitcher with warm water, add leaves to the infuser and fill with water. In approximately two minutes, your tea is ready. Continue reinfusing over and over.
