This gorgeous Iwachu iron teapot incorporates a classic Japanese pattern...the wave or water. Waves in Japan represent surges of good luck as well as resilience and power. A raised gold wave pattern rings the body and a crest of 'waves' decorates one side of the lid on this ocean gray teapot with a hint of blue-green. Make every pot of tea special with an authentic Japanese iron teapot.


This Tetsubin style iron teapot includes a fitted fine mesh tea strainer basket and a porcelain enamel lined interior. Care instructions will be included with every Iwachu teapot.
