Jason Chen's "TeaMaster"
           -The Automatic Tea Brewer

Following the traditional gong fu style of one pot, one pitcher and one strainer, brewing has just gotten a lot easier.  The secret is the porcelain filter which has a tiny hole covered by fine steel mesh to prevent clogging.  Preheat by rinsing with warm water, add leaves and fill with water.  In approximately two minutes and a few seconds, your tea is ready. When you're ready, reinfuse until the leaves are spent.  

I absolutely love this set for my green, white and oolong tea brewing. It's almost addictive adding water again and again, enjoying cup after cup.  Pearl Jasmine has never tasted so amazing....

This set includes a porcelain pitcher, filter, fitted lid and eight ounce (handleless) tea cup.
