A wonderful way to brew loose tea easily with no mess. It fits most cups and average teapots while providing plenty of room for the tea leaves to expand and infuse. The basket is made of double-twilled stainless steel mesh with a durable, heat-tolerant plastic frame. Sturdy enough to last for years & years. The medium Teeli's basket is 2 1/4" wide (top), 3" tall and the plastic frame is 3 3/4" wide from handle edge to handle edge. The large Teeli is 2 1/2", 4" and 4 1/8" respectively. Large Teeli - $15.50 Add to Cart! |

Tea Canister 5 1/2" tall (incl. lid), 3 3/8" wide This exotic, and quite beautiful canister, is satiny smooth with a charcoal color at the base that gradually turns to a dusky red at the top. The inside is lined with a creamy porcelain and the lid is uniquely designed for an air tight fit. A pliable, plastic/foil material is secured with a food grade foam inside the lid creating a 'pillow' that blocks air from entering when the lid is in place. I love the large size, ease of use and, above all, the elegant beauty of this tea canister. It holds about 7 ounces of tightly rolled leaves or 2.5 ounces of loose, airy tea varieties. 2 3/4" wide 3 3/4" tall (incl. lid) Made of non-reactive stainless steel, this is the perfect tea canister for your special stash of high quality tea leaves. It features an outer sleeve-style lid and an inner, fitted lid to preserve your tea. A mountain scene and tree decorate sides. I don't recommend this canister for extra large leaf teas because of the small opening. Rolled, formed and regular leaf teas are fine for this tin. It holds roughly two to three ounces depending on the type of tea. |
