We will accept returns of teapots and accessories
in unused and new condition within 30 days of purchase for a
refund of the item price less shipping and handling*.
They must be returned in the NEW, unused condition in which they
departed our store.

If you receive merchandise that is damaged in shipment,
Sensational Teas must be notified within seven
days of delivery.
Teas are not eligible for return. Please
contact Sensational Teas if you think there may be a problem
with one of our tea products and we will work to make you happy
with your purchase.
*Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee,
please contact us with any questions or concerns.
