Return Policy

The Sensational Teas Return Policy

We will accept returns of teapots and accessories in unused condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling*. They must be returned in the new condition in which they departed our store. Please contact us for the necessary information regarding your return.

If you receive merchandise that is damaged in shipment, Sensational Teas must be notified within three days of delivery. We will replace the item(s) damaged.

Teas are not eligible for return. Please contact Sensational Teas if you think there may be a problem with one of our tea products.

*All returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us for more information.
